Reporting Violations
Jeil M&S operates a channel to report unethical conduct.
- 01Violations include, but are not limited to, bribery, embezzlement, fraud, coercion, illegal acts, intentional omissions of duty, or breaches of the Code of Ethics.
- 02All violations must be reported promptly. If a report creates a conflict of interest with the Code of Ethics officer, it should be communicated to management through the responsible executive. No retaliation will occur for reports made in good faith.
- 03Jeil M&S takes violations seriously and investigates allegations fairly. Non-compliance may result in termination of employment or contracts and could lead to disciplinary, personnel, or legal actions.
