3. Judgment Order:
- The defendant used numbers 1, 5, 6, 8 to 11, 15, 16 among the drawings in Appendix 1 and 'GP-17 TWIST BLADE' in the drawings in Appendix 2 directly or through a third party to manufacture mechanical equipment. The drawing above must not be used, disclosed, or provided to a third party.
- The defendant must destroy the above drawings at the defendant's head office, branches, offices, factories, warehouses and other business locations.
- The defendant must pay the plaintiff 50,000,000 won and interest.
